MASON, Michigan– The membership of the Capitol City Labor Program (“CCLP”) endorses Sheriff Scott Wriggelsworth for Ingham County Sheriff. Since his election in 2016, Sheriff Wriggelsworth has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to improving the quality of life of citizens of Ingham County.

Sheriff Wriggelsworth understands that without safe communities, Ingham County cannot prosper. His hands-on approach to addressing contemporary public safety and social justice concerns is informed and pragmatic. Through community outreach, support for innovative programs, and hard work, his administration has made meaningful progress in reducing violent and gun crime as well as increasing positive outcomes for all involved with the criminal justice system.

It is clear that Sheriff Wriggelsworth’s experience, leadership, and record make him most qualified to keep members of the general public and the police officers who serve and protect them safe.
